Competition Terms and Conditions for The instagram competition "WIGO Sticker Challenge 2023" - draw takes place every 2 months (1.5.2023 / 1.7.2023 / 1.9.2023 / 1.11.2023)
1. Subject of the Terms and Conditions of Participation and Organizer
(1) These terms and conditions of participation govern the conditions for participation in the competitions and, if necessary, the transfer of rights. The description and procedure of the respective competition will be published on the Instagram page of WIGO Zelte as part of the respective competition campaign.
(2) The organiser of the competitions is WIGO-Zelte GmbH & Co. KG,
Industriestraße 35-37, 37235 Hessisch Lichtenau
(3) By participating in the respective competition, these terms and conditions of participation are accepted.
(4) The competitions are in no way connected to Instagram, they are neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Instagram.
2. Participation
(1) Anyone who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany is eligible to participate in the competitions. Employees of WIGO-Zelte GmbH & Co. KG and affiliated companies as well as relatives of such employees and their relatives are excluded. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.
(2) Eligible entrants can enter the competition by sharing a photo or video of a WGO sticker on their Instagram page and using the #WigoOnTour. As a result, you are automatically entered into a lottery pot from which a winner is drawn at random every two months. By complying with the above-mentioned terms and conditions, you automatically qualify for all draws during the entire competition period.
(4) The competition starts on 01.05.2023 at 20:00 and ends on 01.11.2023 at 20:00. Once you have uploaded a photo or video of a WIGO sticker with your #WigoOnTour on your Instagram channel or story, you will automatically be considered again for each draw for the full length of the entire competition period.
3. Prizes and Notification of Prizes
(1) A €150.00 shopping voucher for the Wigo-Zelte Fanshop www.getshirts.de/wigozelte will be raffled off per draw (01.05.2023 / 01.07.2023 / 01.09.2023 / 01.11.2023) among all eligible participants.The prizes will be sent to the winners of WIGO tents.
(2) Winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entrants within one week of the relevant draw. Winners will be notified via the Instagram comment function or in a separate direct message and will be asked to send an email to an email address provided there, in which the personal data will be duly and truthfully transmitted in full.
(3) If we do not receive an e-mail from a winner within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a substitute draw.
(3) Only one prize per participant is possible.
(4) The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid out in cash.
(5) If circumstances arise for which we are not responsible, the respective winner accepts a reasonable substitute prize. Such circumstances for which we are not responsible are, in particular, those that lie with the sponsors of the prizes.
4. Liability and Indemnity
(1) By participating in the respective competition, the participant indemnifies Instagram from any liability.
5. Exclusion
(1) A violation of these terms and conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or if the photos or other content used (e.g. comments) violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that may be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading, or that otherwise violate society’s sense of decency.
(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be revoked retrospectively.
6. Early Termination and Changes
We reserve the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change the course of the competition if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the competition for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram).
7. Data protection
We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data of the participants, insofar as we process them ourselves. We will only use the personal details of the participant as well as his or her other personal data within the framework of the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information insofar as this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or if the participant has given his consent. This also includes use for the purpose of exercising the rights of use granted. The data will be used exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will then be deleted.
The participant can request information about the data stored about him or her at any time. In all other respects, our privacy policy , which can be accessed under https://wigo-zelte.de/datenschutzerklaerung/ , applies accordingly.
8. Final Provisions
(1) Should the terms and conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected.
(2) German law shall apply. There is no legal recourse to verify the draw.
